The training is conducted offline, allowing for direct interaction between participants and trainers. In the design sessions, participants learn to use Canva, a user-friendly graphic design tool, and are taught effective social media management strategies. Meanwhile, the public speaking sessions focus on practicing speaking in front of an audience, aiming to enhance participants' confidence and communication skills. Through a combination of material delivery and practical workshops, this training is expected to improve the quality of LabMa's social media content and its members' presentation abilities.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits of the Design and Public Speaking Training include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
