The four divisions are Human Resource Development (HRD), Research and Development (RnD), Community Development (ComDev), and Public relations (PR). Through a series of work programs, HRD seeks to improve the quality and skills of members by providing training, workshops, and coaching activities that focus on personal and professional development. This division seeks to foster a strong research culture among students by organizing seminars, research workshops, and providing support for students who want to do research. This division plays a vital role in building and maintaining the image of LabMa through various channels, such as social media, websites, and other publications.
