This event includes a series of activities such as presentations, Q&amp;A sessions, and focus group discussions (FGD) that facilitate the exchange of ideas and information. The primary goal of LOH is to provide in-depth insights into the various initiatives and projects undertaken by Labma and to foster stronger cooperation networks between Labma, external entities, and interns.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits of Labma Open House activities include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Enhancing Interns' Knowledge About Labma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LOH provides a platform for interns to learn directly about Labma's operations, culture, and ongoing projects. This is highly beneficial for facilitating the integration of interns into existing projects and equipping them with the knowledge needed to contribute effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Building Cooperation Between Labma and Related Organizations <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through this event, Labma can strengthen its collaborative relationships with various organizations and institutions. The event serves as a forum for building and reinforcing professional networks, opening up opportunities for mutually beneficial future collaborations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Developing Participants' Problem-Solving Skills <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The focus group discussions (FGDs) held during LOH offer participants the chance to engage in discussions on current issues. These FGDs help develop participants' analytical and problem-solving skills, teaching them to think critically and collaboratively when facing challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Labma Open House is an important initiative that not only introduces Labma to interns and strengthens ties with related organizations but also aids in the professional development of participants. Through presentations, discussions, and interactive activities, interns are given the opportunity to absorb knowledge and hone essential skills.
