LFD X DO thus serves as a space for relaxation, enabling members to reflect on the ongoing activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Fostering a Sense of Brotherhood<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through interaction and teamwork, LabMa members can strengthen bonds of brotherhood and build more harmonious relationships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Boosting Organizational Spirit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With games and discussions that encourage collaborative spirit, this event helps motivate members to be more enthusiastic about organizational activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Enhancing Communication Across Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Various cross-division activities and discussions help create smoother communication, fostering a more inclusive and enjoyable organizational atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>Labma Fun Day and Organizational Discussion are unique combinations of games and discussions that connect all LabMa members. Through these activities, members can build strong bonds, nurture their organizational spirit, and enhance communication and collaboration across divisions.
