This program aims to provide a realistic simulation of situations that the managers might face in various events and projects. Participants have the opportunity to practice practical skills such as strategic planning, time management, and team coordination. The Sparing Program also creates a healthy competitive atmosphere where participants can strive to reach their full potential while developing a stronger sense of responsibility and work ethic.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits of the Sparing Program for LabMa management include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong><strong>Competency Enhancement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sharpening the skills of LabMa managers in facing real challenges through simulated competitions, both individually and in teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
