This program includes several specialized sub-programs, such as LabMa Intensive Discussion, LabMa Recruitment, Design and Public Speaking Training, and Training for Trainer. Each element of the program is tailored to target specific aspects of leadership and professional skill development, ensuring that LabMa members are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in various academic and professional settings.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the objectives of the LabMa Training and Development Program are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Leadership Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The program aims to refine the leadership skills of members, preparing them to take on significant roles both within and outside the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
