DIVISIONS IN LABORARORIUM MAHASISWA

Laboratorium Mahasiswa of the Islamic University of Indonesia (LabMa UII) has four important divisions, each of which has a crucial role in improving the quality and effectiveness of the academic and social environment at the University. The four divisions are Human Resource Development (HRD), Research and Development (RnD), Community Development (ComDev), and Public relations (PR). Each division is designed to meet specific needs and support LabMa's mission in various aspects, ranging from Human Resource Development, Research, community service, to public relations.

Division of Human Resource Development (HRD)

The Human Resource Development Division is responsible for exploring and developing the potential of student Laboratory members. Through a series of work programs, HRD seeks to improve the quality and skills of members by providing training, workshops, and coaching activities that focus on personal and professional development. These programs include mentorship sessions, leadership training, as well as career development modules designed to help LabMa members optimize their abilities and prepare them for future professional challenges.

Division Research and Development (RnD)

Research and Development focuses on the growth and development of the research atmosphere at the Islamic University of Indonesia. This division seeks to foster a strong research culture among students by organizing seminars, research workshops, and providing support for students who want to do research. RnD also plays a role in the publication of research results and collaboration with other research institutions, both at home and abroad, to enrich the research experience of students and increase the University's contribution to science.

Division Community Development (ComDev)

Community Development focuses on community service through various initiatives and social action programs. This division manages community empowerment and development projects of the fostered villages, which includes activities such as community education, public health, and environmental projects. ComDev is committed to bringing about positive and sustainable change in society through the application of the knowledge and skills that students learn at the University.

Division Public Relation (PR)

Public Relations is in charge of managing communication between student Laboratories and external parties, including the media, the public, and other institutions inside and outside the Islamic University of Indonesia. This division plays a vital role in building and maintaining the image of LabMa through various channels, such as social media, websites, and other publications. PR also organizes events that support interaction and cooperation with external parties, helping LabMa achieve greater visibility and greater influence.
