CREATIVITY & INNOVATION PROGRAM

Creativity and Innovation Program is an internal initiative by Labma focused on enhancing and developing research, studies, and scientific and non-scientific publications. This program is designed to stimulate creativity and drive innovation among members, encouraging the production of high-quality work with a broad impact. Through a series of structured activities, the program aims to fully leverage the creative potential and innovative capacity of Labma members in both academic and professional contexts.

Objectives of the Creativity and Innovation Program include:

1. Encouraging High-Quality Research

Enhancing the quantity and quality of research conducted by Labma members to ensure significant contributions in their respective fields.

2. Facilitating Scientific and Non-Scientific Publications

Assisting members in publishing their research and study results in both local and international scientific journals, as well as through non-scientific media such as e-magazines and general articles.

3. Providing Access to Research Resources

Offering members access to necessary resources for conducting research and development, including software, laboratories, and financial assistance.

4. Enhancing Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Promoting collaboration across disciplines, allowing the exchange of new ideas and methods, which can enrich research outcomes and publications.

Articles

The “Articles” component of the Creativity and Innovation Program offers Labma members the opportunity to write and discuss the latest research topics they are exploring. The main goal of this segment is to enrich members’ knowledge with current insights and encourage the exchange of ideas among researchers. It is also an opportunity for members to showcase their expertise in internal and external scientific forums. We invite all members to participate and utilize this platform to enhance their writing and critical thinking skills.

E-Magazine

“E-Magazine” is a digital publication that provides a platform for members to publish non-scientific or scientific works in a more flexible and interactive format. The program is designed to reach a broader audience, including the general public and academics from various disciplines. E-Magazine encourages creativity in presenting content that is engaging and informative. Members are invited to contribute and use this platform to build their digital portfolios.

Khazanah Journal

The “Khazanah Journal” segment focuses on the development and publication of academic articles that meet international scientific journal standards. This program provides opportunities for members to improve their research quality and academic skills, as well as expand their professional networks through publications. The journal also aims to position Labma as a recognized research institution. Researchers and academics are invited to submit their best work and contribute to advancing knowledge.

PRP

“PRP” is an initiative that supports members in carrying out ambitious and innovative primary research projects. The program provides resources, funding, and technical support necessary for research from start to finish. PRP is committed to producing research that can be published in leading academic platforms and potentially gain patents. Labma members with promising research ideas are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

LabMa Inspirasi

The “LabMa Inspirasi” program is a recognition platform designed to celebrate and motivate members who demonstrate outstanding achievements in their fields. This program not only rewards success but also fosters a healthy competitive spirit among members. LabMa Inspirasi aims to nurture a culture of excellence in research and innovation. Members are invited to showcase their achievements and receive the recognition they deserve.

Social Media Publications

The “Social Media Publications” segment of this program focuses on disseminating research findings and studies through various social media platforms. The program aims to maximize the reach and impact of Labma’s research, ensuring that discoveries and innovations reach a broader and more diverse audience. Members are encouraged to share their work online and leverage the power of social media to raise awareness and spark discussions around their research topics.
