SPARING PROGRAM
The Sparing Program is an activity organized to test the skills and abilities of the LabMa (Student Laboratory) managers at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) in participation and competition, whether in competitions or volunteer work. This program aims to provide a realistic simulation of situations that the managers might face in various events and projects. Participants have the opportunity to practice practical skills such as strategic planning, time management, and team coordination. The Sparing Program also creates a healthy competitive atmosphere where participants can strive to reach their full potential while developing a stronger sense of responsibility and work ethic.
