TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The LabMa Training and Development Program is an initiative designed to enhance and sharpen both the soft and hard skills of the members of the Student Laboratory (LabMa) management, aiming to develop highly skilled and intellectual human resources. This program includes several specialized sub-programs, such as LabMa Intensive Discussion, LabMa Recruitment, Design and Public Speaking Training, and Training for Trainer. Each element of the program is tailored to target specific aspects of leadership and professional skill development, ensuring that LabMa members are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in various academic and professional settings.
Some of the objectives of the LabMa Training and Development Program are:
1. Leadership Development
The program aims to refine the leadership skills of members, preparing them to take on significant roles both within and outside the organization.
2. Enhanced Communication
Through training in public speaking and group interactions, the program improves participants' communication skills, which are essential for effective team and project management.
3. Technical and Creative Skills
Providing technical training, including design and media strategy, enables LabMa members to perform tasks that require high levels of analytical thinking and creativity.
The LabMa Training and Development Program plays a crucial role in preparing LabMa members to become individuals who are not only competent in their academic fields but also strong in soft skills such as leadership and communication. The program strategically combines theory and practice through a series of structured trainings to ensure that every member can contribute effectively in various situations, both as leaders and collaborators.
